Trina Richardson
Group Supervisor
Mrs. Trina has a 20 plus-year background in Early Childhood Education. She has also studied School Leadership and Nursing. She is a proud member of the Chester Childcare Alliance under the leadership of Dr. Essence Presley. Trina began her career as an elementary school teacher at Village Charter Schools of Chester, PA and Widener Partnership Charter School. She enjoys traveling, date and movie nights, and listening to music. Trina advocates for children and believes all children can learn. Trina has attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Wilmington University, and Pennsylvania Institute of Technology.
Darrin Richardson
Assistant Group Supervisor
Mr. Darrin has been an essential part of the Enrichment Academy family since its beginning in 2005 working behind the scenes to ensure that the facility is safe, compliant, and well maintained. Darrin enjoys working with children and the challenges that come with managing a childcare facility. Darrin is a member of the Chester Childcare Alliance under the leadership of Dr. Essence Presley. Darrin works hard to support the staff and children he works with. Darrin is also a body combat instructor who enjoys exercise and running. Darrin believes in providing opportunities for children to learn and grow in non-restrictive environments. Darrin attends Delaware County Community College.
Traci Richardson
Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Ms. Traci has over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has been with Enrichment Academy since its beginning in 2005 and enjoys working with children ages 3-5. Traci began her teaching career as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Village Charter Schools of Chester, PA after graduating with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania in 1996. Traci enjoys cooking, attending church, and working out. Traci is an advocate for children's social emotional health, growth and development.
Tiffani Richardson
Manager
Group Supervisor
Lead Preschool Teacher
Ms. Tiffani has been an essential part of the Enrichment Academy team since its beginning in 2005. Tiffani attended Neumann University where she studied Early Childhood Education. Tiffani enjoys working with young children of all ages and has previously worked with a special needs population of children at Melmark. Tiffani started her teaching career as an assistant Reading Specialist and Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Village Charter Schools of Chester, PA. She is an avid music fan and dee jay. Tiffani enjoys basketball and supports children's participation in sports clubs. Tiffani attends University of Arizona. Tiffani believes that all children are capable of learning and contributing to the classroom learning environment.
Erin Gilbert
Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher
Ms. Erin has a strong and loving presence in our Infant/Toddler classroom and takes great pride in her work with the children. Erin studied psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University. Erin is an essential part of the Enrichment Academy team. She dedicates her time helping others both in and outside of the childcare setting. Erin is also an event planner and owner of Tori's Wall , where she creates custom made items, backdrops, and balloon designs for events. Erin believes in encouraging children to be the best versions of themselves as demonstrated in how she encourages, motivates and communicates with them. Erin enjoys planning fun events and activities for the children.
